Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

A dedicated phone line 01546 462003 is always available for patients on repeat medication. Your request will be recorded and dealt with during surgery hours. Medicine can then be collected from one of the local chemists.

Please allow two working days between ordering and collecting your prescription. Always remember to tell us your full name and which chemist you use.
