All new patients are asked to provide proof of any current medication, so we have an accurate record of any medication you are taking and can ensure your prescriptions are up to date.
You can receive medical treatment from the date you register.

Practice Boundary
We accept patient registrations from anyone living within this boundary.
Sexual Health Services
We provide sexual health services to patients registered and not registered with our practice.
This includes:
- Screening for STDs in the absence of symptoms
- Testing for STDs in the presence of symptoms
- Provision of treatment for STDs including Chlamydia and Gonnorhoea.
- Referral to specialist sexual health services based at the Sandyford clinic in Glasgow if required.
Please contact reception and make clear that you wish to access sexual health services.
Accessing someone else’s information
As a parent, family member or carer, you may wish to access information or services for someone else.
All patients over 16 years of age are presumed to be able to communicate and make decisions about their healthcare and should be afforded confidentiality. This means that we will ask for permission from any registered patient over the age of 16 to discuss any aspect of their health or care with another individual. Exceptions to this would include situations in which the individual patient is unable to communicate or make decisions for themselves and there is a legally appointed proxy (e.g. a Welfare Attorney or Welfare Guardian)- in this scenario, we ask for a copy of the legal document granting these powers to place in the clinical records.
In all other situations, if a registered patient would like our practice to communicate with a family member or carer regarding their health and care, we ask that this form is completed and returned in person to the practice.
Registered / Named GP
All patients registered with our practice are nominally allocated to a named GP but our whole team work very closely together and share patient records to provide continuity.
- Patients do not need to see their named GP when they book an appointment with the practice.
- Patients are entitled to choose to see any GP or nurse in the practice.
For some patients, regular access to the same GP is preferable, for example patients with particularly complex or life-limiting illness. If you and your GP agree that you should speak to the same clinician wherever possible, please tell us this when you call and we will try to maintain access to the same clinician.
